• Gender : Female only
• Age: not less than 21 and not more than 45 years in the application
• Confirmed healthy by medical centers appointed by the Ministry of Health in the country of origin of PRA .
• Being in the country of origin of the application.
• Login / come to Malaysia using Visa With Reference ( VDR ) taken at the representative office in the country of origin Malaysia PRE

APPLICATION PROCESS FLOW CHART AND PRE ( INDONESIAN ONLY)
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE )
PHASE 1 : APPLICATION OF IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA
1 . Employers must fill out the necessary forms to apply PRA ( can be downloaded at the column " Required Documents Application for Foreign Domestic Helper ( FDH ) " and provide all the necessary supporting documents to complete .
2 . PRA application can be made for all the State Immigration Office in accordance with the employer address .
3 . PRE -taking application may be submitted by 2 ways:
i . Application submitted by the employer itself ( Individual Application )
( Please refer to the Application Process Flow Chart and PRA ( Indonesia only) or visit the official website of the Labour Department Peninsular Malaysia for Indonesia PRE application )
ii . Applications submitted an Employment Agency registered with the Malaysian Immigration Department in the State Immigration Office by the employer address .
4 . During submission , the application form must be completed and any application that is not complete documents / not eligible to be deducted from the processed
5 . Employer / agency must bring the original documents for verification purposes .
PHASE 2 : VISA ISSUANCE OF REFERENCE ( VDR ) IN IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA AND BEFORE PRE ENTRY TO MALAYSIA
1 . Once the application for PRE approved by the Malaysian Immigration Department , the employer must pay the levy, visa , process and Temporary Employment Visit Pass ( PL ( KS ) ) before getting a Visa With Reference ( VDR ) will be issued to enable the PRA to enter Malaysia .
2 . Please refer to the column " Payment For PRE Application " for the amount of the payment .
3 . Upon payment , the VDR will be issued in 3 copies to the employer to be given to:
i . PRE home country Embassy in Malaysia
ii . Malaysian Representative Office in the country of origin where the visa PRA will apply.
iii . Copy for employers
iv . An additional copy of the application through the agency
4 . After getting VDR , PRA should get a visa at the Malaysian Representative Office in the country of origin BEFORE PRE into Malaysia .
5 . After getting the visa , PRA can enter Malaysia through any door entry.
PHASE 3 : AFTER PRE ARRIVAL IN MALAYSIA
1 . Employer / employment agency and invited to wait at the entrance of the PRA may be.
2 . Immigration officers at the gates of entry will provide special passes for a period of 30 days for employers to report the presence of PRA in the Immigration Office to approve the VDR .
3 . Within 30 days of the arrival date PRA, employer / agency must ensure PRE health checkup clinics registered with FOMEMA Pvt. Limited . in a timely manner.
PHASE 4 : Endorsements temporary work ( PL ( KS ) ) FOR PRE IN MALAYSIA IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INSPECTION AFTER PRE
4.1 PRE- QUALIFIED HEALTH ( FIT ) CLINIC BY REGISTERED WITH FOMEMA
1 . After getting the results of medical examination , the employer must carry passports PRE and PRE FOMEMA Health Inspection Report for the endorsement of the Visit Pass (Temporary Employment ) on the issue VDR Immigration Office within 30 days from date of arrival in Malaysia PRA .
2 . Visit Pass Temporary Employment ( PL ( KS ) ) is the work permit will be approved for a period of 12 months for PRA certified fit by the clinic registered with FOMEMA Pvt. Limited .
3 . Period PL ( KS ) will begin on the date of entry into Malaysia and the PRA are allowed to work up to the deadline stated on the sticker PL ( KS ) concerned.
4 . PRA is only allowed to work with the employer and place of residence as stated in PL ( KS ) concerned.
4.2 PRE- APPROVED NOT HEALTHY ( UN- FIT ) AND FAILED MEDICAL EXAMINATION BY REGISTERED WITH THE CLINIC FOMEMA
1 . If confirmed PRE unhealthy and failing health screening clinics registered with FOMEMA , PRA is not allowed to work in Malaysia and should be sent back to their country of origin .
2 . Employers are required to present the issue to the Immigration Office VDR within 30 days from date of arrival in Malaysia PRA to inform the Immigration and get Memo Check Out ( Check Out Memo ) to manage PRE repatriation to the home country .
3 . Employers are required to carry a passport and ticket PRE home country to apply for Check Out Memo ( Memo Checkout ) .
ADVANCED PROCEDURE VISIT PASS ( TEMPORARY ) FOR FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE )
1 . Application for extension of PL ( KS ) for PRA may be made at any Immigration Office closest to the address of the employer before the expiration of PL ( KS ) .
2 . All further dealings PL ( KS ) PRA shall be submitted by the employer or employment agency registered with the Malaysian Immigration Department .
3 . PRE still need to undergo a medical examination at a clinic registered with FOMEMA Pvt. Limited . and certified healthy before the application for extension of PL ( KS ) is submitted to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for the SECOND and THIRD .
4 . Payment to cover the extension of the levy , visa fee according to the type and nationality, and payment processing fees for PL ( KS ) . Please refer to the column " Payment For PRE Application " for the amount of the payment .
5 . For further purposes the Visit Pass ( Temporary Employment) , an employer must ensure that the application for extension is made within 3 months BEFORE the expiry date of the Visit Pass Temporary Employment ( PL ( KS ) ) .
6 . During the application for extension of PL ( KS ) PRA, an employer must ensure passport validity period PRA is NOT LESS than 12 months.
TERMINATION PROCEDURE VISIT PASS (TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE )
1 . Employers are required to present to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for Check Out Memo (Check- Out Memo ) the documents required for application of PRA's departure to the country of origin on such as :
i . Employers can no longer require the services of PRA , or
ii . PRA did not want to work with the employer as to return to their country of origin , or
iii . PRE failed health inspections ( Unfit )
2 . Documents required for the PRA process of repatriation to their country of origin :
i . Check Out Memo application form
ii . PRE original passport
iii . Tickets go home .
3 . The employer shall ensure PRA returned on the date specified in the memo Check Out (Check- Out Memo ) via Exit applied.
4 . If the employer does not apply Check Out Memo , PRA is still considered to be employed by the employer and the employer is still responsible for the PRA .
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE FOR FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE ) PRE NEW CASE NO ENTRY / MEDICAL EXAMINATION FAIL
• The employer may submit an application for a replacement Foreign Maid PRE approved Visa With Reference ( VDR ) in two situations:
i . PRA has gone into this country but unhealthy confirmed after examination at the clinic registered with FOMEMA Pvt. Ltd. ( Unfit )
ii . PRA did not get into the country after the approval of the VDR removed .
• Replacement of the PRA should be the same source that was approved PRA before.
• Application for PRE replacement for any case as stated must be submitted within one year from the date of approval .
• The following documents must be submitted for the application of PRA substitution :
a. PRA has failed a health inspection ( Unfit )
i . Application letter employer
ii . Visa approval letter with Reference ( VDR )
iii . Check Out Memo
iv . The original payment receipt
b . PRE not enter Malaysia
i . Application letter employer
ii . Visa approval letter with Reference ( VDR )
iii . The original payment receipt
iv . Visa cancellation confirmation letter from the Malaysian representative office in the country of origin PRA ( if any)
• If there is no replacement for the PRA that does not put out or not healthy , the employer may submit a claim for reimbursement of levy Finance at the immigration office where the receipt was issued.
PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF EMPLOYER OF FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE )
• PRE allowed to change employers if the PRA is not suitable to work with employers in the FIRST YEAR PL ( KS ) PRE alone .
• Employers must give written consent of long to allow PRE switch to a new employer employs PRE qualified to fill Appendix D.
• If the divorced spouse's employer , the Immigration Department of Malaysia reserves the right to remove the name of the wife PRE employer or a new employer is more qualified .
• If an employer or spouse dies , the employer or spouse or heirs are asked to report to the Department for the purpose of verifying the status of the new employer PRA .
PROCEDURES REPORT OF FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRA ) ESCAPE FROM EMPLOYER
• PRE can be categorized as a run of the employer in the following circumstances :
i . PRE leave home employers to take all personal belongings PRE without informing the employer in order to escape.
ii . PRA did not return home on the agreed date employer after home country .
• Employers are required to present to the Immigration Office to run PRA report from the employer.
• The employer must submit the following documents to cancel PL ( KS ) PRE run case :
1 . Application letter cancel Visit Pass (Temporary Employment) PL ( KS ) Foreign Domestic Helper ( FDH ) who fled .
2 . Copy of the employer's identification card
3 . Original passport / passport PRA escape
4 . Foreign Worker Report Form Escaping from employer issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia
5 . A certified copy of the police report .
• PRE who fled from their employers will be blacklisted .
• Employers are required to pay the bail / bond confiscation personal rate by citizens who have signed the application.
• The employer is still responsible for the PRA if the employer fails to make a report to PRA has escaped from the employer.
• Employers can not claim the money back guarantee if an employer wishes to cancel the report ran to escape the PRA case was returned to work with the same employer again.
APPLICATION FEE FOR FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE )
• Once the application is approved , the employer must provide adequate payment for the levy , PL ( KS ) , visa and payment process .
• Payment must be made at the office approves the application .

i . First year :

Examples of the first payment year for an Indonesian PRE :
( Levy = RM410 ) + ( PL ( KS ) = RM60 ) + ( Process = RM10 ) = RM480.00
ii . Advanced For Second Year and beyond :
PAYMENT = ( Levy ) + ( PL ( KS ) ) + ( Visa by country of origin PRE ) + ( process )
Examples of the second year advanced payment for Indonesian citizens PRE :
( Levy = RM410 ) + ( PL ( KS ) = RM60 ) + ( Visa = RM15 ) + ( Process = RM10 ) = RM495.00
Note : i . Levy will vary according to the amount of the active PRE existing on the employer.

EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY IN TO HIRE FOREIGN MAIDS ( PRE )
1 . The employer shall ensure that PRA was commissioned to do the household chores alone ( not including car wash ) .
2 . Employers are required to provide facilities / accommodation suitable to complete PRA basic, nutritious food , adequate rest , including sleep time .
3 . Employers who employ non-Muslims Muslim PRA must respect religious sensitivities PRA by allowing :
i . Doing acts of worship such as prayer 5 times
ii . Fasting month of Ramadan
iii . Not asked to do household chores contrary to Islam.
4 . Employers should take note that the following items are NOT ALLOWED to PRE while holding PL ( KS ) . :
i . PRA are not allowed to marry local people in Malaysia while holding PL ( KS ) .
ii . PRA are not allowed to apply for entry permits while holding PL ( KS ) .
5 . Ensure PRE not change jobs / sectors or change employers without permission from the Immigration Department of Malaysia .
6 . Extension of PL ( KS ) shall be submitted to any Immigration Office three ( 3 ) months before the expiry date of PL ( KS ) .
7 . For the purpose of advanced PL ( KS ) or Check Out Memo , employers are responsible :
i . PRE keep payroll records and demonstrate to the Department upon request .
ii . PRE wages must be paid no later than the last week of every month .
8 . PRE medical care during the period of PL ( KS ) is the responsibility of the employer .
9 . Employers are responsible to report to the Immigration Department of Malaysia if the PRA :
i . die
ii . disappear
iii . Escape from the place he was supposed to work .
10 . Employers or employment agencies are not allowed to beat or any act which cause injury to the PRA .
11 . The employer shall obtain approval from the department to apply PRA stopped or terminated or expired passes to get Check Out Memo from the Department for deportation .
12 . Immigration Department of Malaysia has the right to cancel the approval of the permit issued .
13 . Malaysian Immigration Department has the authority to transfer PRA persecuted by the original employer to the new employer's qualified on humanitarian grounds even without the consent of the original employer .
14 . Employers who want to bring PRE working abroad are required to inform the country of origin of a representative office in Malaysia PRA .
15 . Employers who have been approved PRA but failed to comply with the above conditions will be blacklisted from getting PRA facility .
