Sales dibuat setiap hari masih lagi average 3 sales per day. Komisyen masih sama iaitu USD 29 jugak.
Cuma bezanya adalah produk. Dimana produk kali ni bersifat membership... dan member perlu bayar setiap bulan untuk memastikan yang diorang sentiasa boleh akses whatever it is that the membership offers them.

But.... kita tak leh dismiss possibilities bahawa setiap customer akan kekal sebagai member... so assume setiap bulan dalam 20 daripada 87 tuh akan terminate diorang punya membership (mungkin sebab mereka rasa benda tuh tak sesuai ke dgn diorang). So 87 - 20 = 67.
Let's play a game of math skit... assume korang buat benda ni selama 3 bulan.
First month dapat USD 2610. Recurring payment nih. Tapi pada bulan kedua hanya tinggal 67 people jer yg subscribe. So tinggal USD 1943.
Tapi sales each day masih masuk mcm biasa... 3 sales per day. Maknanya korang akan buat komisyen baru each month (USD 2610 that is).
In this case... untuk bulan kedua saja korang dah buat USD 2610 + USD 1943 = USD 4553.

ok here i'm going to revise you back a bit. just to refresh your memory.
Google will judge your ad based on number of factors. Quality Score! It is very important! The higher of your CTR the higher of your QS will be. If you get high QS, the chance for you rank to get to position #1 is very bright. And this can make your CPC down to LOW! Which mean you will cut down your CPC to minimum while other competitors mungkin akan bayar tinggi.
QS is based on 5 different variables: CTR, Ad Content, Ad Grouping, Ad History & Landing Page Content
The good CTR will be 1-5% but if you can get more than 10% you're doing superb. Avoid your CTR below 1%. However yet you still wanted to have at least 3%. How it calculated? If you ad impression is 100 and visitors clicked through is 5. that is mean
5 visitors/100 x 100 impression = 5% CTR!
However if 5% of CTR made? I would like to ask you.. does it convert? If not.. your LP might have problems. Remember. RELEVANCY of your LP content does converts! You don't want the 5% CTR just gone away like that without converting to sale right...RELEVANCY of you content! keep up your main keyword density from 3-5% from the whole LP content.

If your PPC campaign goes with 50 clicks for 1 sale, you're not making anything. Cos 50 clicks is cost for $50 which it will not returning any profit to you. Then?? Tengok secara spesifik apa yang dia target dalam landing page / squeeze page dia. Tak penting pun... sekadar pemahaman saja.
Then?? Carik contact form untuk contact owner niche site tuh. Kalau dalam website dia tarak ada... cari through Alexa or WHOIS. And then contact dia.... dengan proposal yang istimewa and confirm dia takkan tolak (jamin 99%.. kalau dia tolak mmg dia dungu).
What proposal?? Ha... agak korang proposal apa?? JV ke?? lebey kureng la.
What to Say?? Tell him / her / it / whatever it is that owns the website that you want to give him a free content that he can gladly use for his own lists. But with a twist. In the free content... there should be a link (or multiple links) that heads back to our own website. That's the catch.. and only catch.
What's Next?? Wait for him to answer. Most of the time.... I mean like 99.99% of times.... he will reply back with good news.... saying that he agree with it. Or maybe... with another terms.. from him maybe. Just discuss it for the good of both sides.

bagi yg xbiasa menulis article: 1st korang perlu buat is, bila dah buat research.. bukak korang nyer word processing software..cth notepad paling cikai..or MS word. then tulis ape je dalam kepala otak korang terpikir nk tulis. biar dulu grammar ape sume. tulis..list out the ideas 1st. tulis sebanyak mungkin korang boleh tulis. bila korang dah rasa sume korang dah tulis. then buat arrangement, which should be written 1st. cut and paste. order it properly. bila rasa dah puas hati dengan korang nyer article tu. now check ur grammar and so on. fix it where it need.

Just wanna talk a bit about this issue that's been plaguing most newbie all the time.
If you have been doing niche marketing for quite some time... but still haven't make even a single sale yet... then this is for you. Read through and understand it well.
So not making any money?? Here's why:
1) Quit Too Soon
This kind of person.. aku tak ada further comment. In niche marketing.. you are not a failure yet.. until you QUIT. The only time you fail in this business is when you quit. You are not a failure yet until you quit.
Jadi asalkan korang keep at it dan tak quit... maka korang tidak gagal.
Cuma belum berjaya jer lagi.
So.. jangan quit. Just keep at it coz success is just around the corner.
Walaupun korang tak earn duit... but actually korang earn something jugak.. something yang jauh lebih berharga daripada duit.. iaitu pengalaman!!!
2) Lack of Experience
Simple bunyinya kan??
Tapi betul. Ini satu masalah yang agak besar sebenarnya. Bukan masalah tak cukup pengalaman... tapi masalah gagal nak memahami bahawa setiap kegagalan adalah suatu kejayaan dari segi penambahan pengalaman.
Aku buat niche marketing agak lama. Dan ini sesuatu yang aku faham dan amat yakin.. sangat penting jugak sebenarnya. Iaitu pengalaman.
Why??
Selain daripada perkara biasa yang korang paham ttg pengalaman... ada something else yang aku sometimes value a lot. That thing is called 'hunches'.
There are times... bila tiba masa nak buat keputusan... hunches is a great thing to have. Dalam bahasa melayu kita panggil 'perasaan hati'.
Contoh.. aku buat adwords.. but my hunch tells me to go all the way bidding a general keyword. Kinda risky... but I do it anyway. Sesiapa yang belajar melalui Wealthy Affiliate sepatutnya tahu bidding for general keyword is a super bad idea.
But I do it anyway. Sebab kata hati aku kata OK. And it turns out to really be OK.
Aku generate a couple sales dari bidding general keyword tu walaupun mahal tapi ROI tinggi.
How do I know when and how to bid... what price and when to bid general keyword??
It's all through experience.
So simple thing I wanna say is... kalau gagal jangan putus asa.
Sebab melalui kegagalan lah.. 80% daripada pengalaman kita datang.
3) Buying Too Many Products
A plague (which is why at times we do love these kind of people).
Ramai bebudak baru cukup suka beli produk baru.
PLEASE STOP!!!
Benda ni aku tuju khusus kepada mereka yang join WA bawah Phoenixwunin and some dibawah Dominant Star.
Wealthy Affiliate dah cukup bagi korang.
Sebenarnya mmg banyak produk yang korang mmg perlu ada... but please know something... semua produk itu cuma support sistem saja.
Contoh 'Affiliate Prophet' dan 'Google Goggles'. They are just merely a tool to help make our job easier. Tak penting.

Katalah seorang budak nama Syed baru mula dalam niche marketing ni. Tak tahu apa pun (newbie lah katakan). Tapi dia terus beli bermacam-macam produk dari tracking sampai lah ke adwords and keywords tools.

Tak kiralah Commission Blueprint 2 ke keluar.. atau apa-apa produk baru yang menjanjikan secret method untuk berjaya jadi jutawan or whatever jer la. Just leave them be.
Stick with one (in my case Wealthy Affiliate University) and you'll succeed.
Stick with many... you'll get confuse.. and the rest is history.
There are times though... when you realize you want to learn more and more about certain topics.. let say copywriting.
While most of the tutorials in Wealthy Affiliate and it's forum suffice dan mencukupi... untuk betul-betul memahami copywriting memang korang perlukan support dari produk luar. When this happens.. then korang boleh beli apa-apa produk yang bagus.
But jangan main beli saja. Ask first before you buy.
Kita ada komuniti yang cukup berkuasa baik disini mahupun di Area51.

Sebab orang pertama dan jawapan dia bakal memusnahkan wallet anda. Dengan hanya mengatakan suruh beli ebook.. menunjukkan dia tak peduli ttg kejayaan korang.. dia selfish.. dan dia tak ada ilmu pun.
So stay away from him.
Jawapan orang kedua menunjukkan dia tahu apa yang bagus untuk korang.. dan dia tak lokek dan kedekut informasi.
Ikut kata hati korang. But here's a simple guideline.
First of all.. aku memang recommend semua yang follow thread ni join Wealthy Affiliate.
Aku personally tak take in mana-mana people under aku untuk Wealthy Affiliate sbb aku taknak diassociate sebagai loser yang memerlukan pelanggan ke apa ke.
So kalau nak join WA ask Finix or DS... they might have something to share with you guys anyway.
Second.. jangan beli apa-apa yang korang boleh dapat dalam WA.
Basically kalaupun WA takde tutorial berkaitan.. korang boleh sentiasa tanya Kyle or Carson. "THEY WILL ANSWER!!!". Cuma kengkadang lambat jer.
Jarang ada benda yang berunsurkan pengetahuan dan korang takleh dapat dalam WA. Mungkin sometimes susah.. tu jer. Contohnya CPA tak disentuh secara khusus di 8 Week Action Plan tapi di forum ada banyak info.
So kalau takda langsung info.. baru cari produk yang ada. But as usual.. jgn lupa bertanya dulu dengan orang ramai samada produk itu bagus atau tak.
Third.. beli something hanya selepas korang dah earn duit. Kalau tak earn duit lagi.. then most probably takde produk di muka bumi nih boleh bantu korang pun. Becoz if that's the case then most probably reason korang gagal bukan sebab tak cukup ilmu atau apa tapi ada sebab lain.
Kenapa aku cakap macam nih??
Sebab we all succeed with only WA. Takde apa-apa produk lain pun yang support. No Commission Blueprint.. no Arbitrage Conspiracy.. no Confessions of a Super Lazy Affiliate.. no One Week Marketing.. blablabla.. blablabla.. blablabla.
Aku sendiri dah lalui.. kalau dengan WA pun tak dapat sukses yg diharapkan.. maka dengan produk-produk lain pun sama saja. Remember.. 95% of the times bila sesuatu produk tuh nampak sangat bagus dan super duper menarik bagi korang... ia hanyalah effect psikologi daripada a very well written copy with a high class copywriting (yeah.. like some of Ewen's product and other product di luar tuh).
Mmg ada baki 5% produk yang bagus.. but even dari ini pun hanya 0.5% saja yang betul-betul cater untuk starters with ultimate details.
Senang cerita mcm ni. Most produk di luar tuh hanya cerita tentang sebuah pintu dan mcm mana pintu tu boleh buka ruang dan jalan ke arah kekayaan dan kebebasan kewangan. Tapi diorang tak bagi kunci pun.
Another 5% of the produk yang bagus... bagi kunci tu. That's why they are good (like 1% M.O.L.B. Wealth Formula.. superb reading).
Another 0.5% yang lebih bagus.. bukan saja bagi kunci tu. Diorang juga tunjuk mcm mana nak cucuk kunci tu dan buka pintu tu dengan betul.
This is the kind of product that should be very good for starters.
For now.. just stick with WA (or apa-apa program yg korang follow di putera ni yg korang yakin.. mcm si Pingu punya or ROBOTs ke..) and stop buying too many ebooks, software and product.
*But at times.... aku mungkin akan force some people yg berbudget untuk beli certain stuff juga.. but this is limited to my own student and friends only (or those who ask). Stuff like tracking software and so on. They are a necessity sometimes. But not for newbies.
Don't worry.. aku takkan force korang beli apa-apa pun.. wink.gif
4) Too Many Distractions
Huhuhuhu... benda mudah. Semua orang kat sini tau. And aku berani bet USD 100 majoriti yang tahu tuh buat benda nih walaupun tahu benda ni merugikan laugh
Tgh research pasal niche.. bukak email. Selang 5 minit dia bukak email.
Atau... selang 15 minit dia buat website content dia... dia bangun bergolek-golek atas katil.
Perangai mcm ni yg menghancuskan business anda.
Kalu betul nak pakai FairladyZ or whatever kereta korang nak dalam setahun dari sekarang... ubah benda ni.
Even kalau masa tak cukup pun tak apa. Yang penting fokus tu... fokus. Bak kata encik Kai masa dia lecture aku dulu... "Focus!! No Hocus Pocus."
Not enought time benda lain. Focus benda lain.
Even kalau korang hanya ada sejam jer sehari.. takpe. Janji dalam sejam tuh jangan buat benda lain.
This will ensure all the creativity and ideas to fall into your task that you currently doing. And that's what we want.
Biar flow idea dan creativity tuh 100% output dekat niche marketing korang. Be it website creation.. research ke or whatever.
Bila korang bukak email dalam masa sama creativity dan idea tu akan mula jadi tak keruan. Kengkadang hilang terus. Sebab korang multi-tasking.
Multi-tasking is never good... so don't do it.
5) Not Enough Time
Yang ni kengkadang kes terpencil sesangat. Not enough time. Tapi masalah bukan sebab not enough time actually. Masalah adalah dia jadikan not enough time sebagai alasan.
Hancus lagi.
Untuk kes mcm ni dua jer solution aku leh kasi.
Either try to find the time to do it.. one hour is enough. Atau quit. Tumpu pada benda lain yg lebih penting mcm pelajaran atau kerja korang sendiri.
Aku dulu mcm ni la. Takde masa cukup. So after struggling for quite some time... aku guna masa free aku lepas balik kerja... antara pukul 10.00 ke pukul 11 malam sometimes push ke pukul 12 (trus tinggal drama kegemaran aku waktu tuh..sob..sob..) dan buat niche aku waktu tuh.
Sebenarnya kalau betul serius mencari masa tu.. mesti ada punya. Bukan tak cukup masa sebenarnya.. tapi masalah dengan time management. Kena pergi kursus time management kalau ada masalah mcm ni.
Tak caya???
Pergi tulis dari 1am sampai 12am and then listkan apa yang korang buat sebenarnya. Find time from there.
6) Doesn't Think Out of the Box
Aku ada sorang kawan masa dan aku ajak dia join sekali dgn aku belajar niche ni dulu. Dia cakap susah.
Aku cakap la.. "Tak susah Sam.. ko cuma perlu think out of the box ckit jer.."
Dia cakap.. "Ko ingat senang ke nak think out of the box?? Come on la Jib.. kalau mudah dah ramai kat dunia ni kaya".
Aku cukup emo dgn statement dia tu sebenarnya... sebab dia hampir membuatkan aku putus asa waktu tuh.. and kalau aku putus asa.. aku takkan berada disini menaip benda ni untuk korang. Mmg menyedihkan.
What happen actually?? What is in his mind?? What kind of mindset does he possess??
Jom dissect..
Dia ada pemikiran yang limitance. Pemikiran yang melimitkan segala apa yang dia fikir.ometimes malfu
Pada pandangan dia... semua benda di dunia ni adalah limited. Money.. opportunity.. dan even niche sendiri.
Orang mcm ni la yang selalu risaukan competition. Alasan dia... kalau 100 orang compete dalam satu niche yang sama... mcm mana nak dapat untung?? Mesti 100 orang tuh dah makan banyak dah.

Pada dia.. kalau niche ni 10,000 orang buat... mesti semua idea yang dia fikir dah ada orang lain fikir laugh.gif laugh.gif

Bila korang mula berfikir mcm dia ni.. automatically korang PANDANG RENDAH DAN PANDANG HINA diri korang sendiri. Don't do that. You're better than that.
Kajian menunjukkan setiap orang di muka Bumi nih... mempunya style pemikiran yang berbeza-beza dan lain daripada orang lain (aku tahu pasal ini salah satu niche aku dalam self-help).
Benda mcm ni jugaklah yg membuatkan korang takut sangat pada competition. Relaks. Even Frank Kern pun is nothing.
Dia terer dalam apa yang dia buat sbb dia punya pengalaman... pengalaman dia ni la yang generate ideas.. hunches.. and so on sampai dia jadi multi-millionaire mcm tuh. And another one is dia punya network of master mind groups. JVs.
See?? he's not some kind of monster in any way.
Tgk Kai Kiske pulak. Jutawan jugak. Own a Ferrari. And another handful of luxury and sports car sampai setiap hari dia boleh tukar kereta ikut mood dia. Rumah sampai 12 dari Johor sampai ke Changlun pun dia ada rumah. Tapi orang tak kenal pun dia. Never mind that.
Dia terer.. pun sbb pengalaman. Dari pengalaman muncul la idea.. creativity dan sebagainya. Still a human though.
Takde beza dgn korang kan?? Except dari aspek pengalaman.
So what happens bila korang pun dah ada pengalaman yg cukup?? Kai kiske and Frank... Eben pagan ke.. or sesapa jer la.. is not that scary anymore.
Itu kalau super-affiliate mcm diorang ni.

7) Mastermind Group
The most powerful thing pada pandangan aku. Benda ni menentukan kejayaan atau kegagalan pada skala yg amat besar.

Mastermind group adalah a network of marketers... mcm korang jugak... yang masing-masing ada kepentingan sendiri. Each ada kepentingan sendiri.. matlamat sendiri. But each one also will help each other in order to sustain the group it self.
Benda ni cukup power. Always join a mastermind group if you have the opportunity. Kalau tak jumpa mana-mana mastermind group yang ada... then form your very own mastermind group. Mcm aku cakap.. think out of the box. Cari idea lain mcm mana nak wujudkan mastermind group korang sendiri.
Mastermind group ni akan jadi connections of network untuk korang. Bukan sekadar tempat bantu membantu.
Let's take for example... Area51. Finix tak tahu buat header graphic.. so dia minta bantuan daripada member dalam tuh. Then Rizuwan tolong dia buatkan satu banner graphic yang boleh tahan lawa.
What happen is Phoenix baru jer leverage the Area51 mastermind group for his own goals. At the same time Rizuwan build a stronger bond and relationship dgn Finix. So for sure in the future when something happens and Rizuwan perlukan bantuan Finix akan tolong dia balik.

Sales dibuat setiap hari masih lagi average 3 sales per day. Komisyen masih sama iaitu USD 29 jugak.
Cuma bezanya adalah produk. Dimana produk kali ni bersifat membership... dan member
perlu bayar setiap bulan untuk memastikan yang diorang sentiasa boleh akses whatever

member... so assume setiap bulan dalam 20 daripada 87 tuh akan terminate diorang punya
membership (mungkin sebab mereka rasa benda tuh tak sesuai ke dgn diorang). So 87 - 20 = 67.
Let's play a game of math skit... assume korang buat benda ni selama 3 bulan.
First month dapat USD 2610. Recurring payment nih. Tapi pada bulan kedua hanya tinggal 67
people jer yg subscribe. So tinggal USD 1943.
Tapi sales each day masih masuk mcm biasa... 3 sales per day. Maknanya korang akan buat
komisyen baru each month (USD 2610 that is).
In this case... untuk bulan kedua saja korang dah buat USD 2610 + USD 1943 = USD 4553.

Untuk niche make money online... mmg banyak recurring payment punya produk. Tapi cukup susah untuk
cari bagi niche lain mmg susah. Really take a serious effort.

Google will judge your ad based on number of factors. Quality Score! It is very important! The higher
of your CTR the higher of your QS will be. If you get high QS, the chance for you rank to get to position
#1 is very bright. And this can make your CPC down to LOW! Which mean you will cut down your CPC
to minimum while other competitors mungkin akan bayar tinggi.
QS is based on 5 different variables:
CTR, Ad Content, Ad Grouping, Ad History & Landing Page Content
The good CTR will be 1-5% but if you can get more than 10% you're doing superb. Avoid your CTR
below 1%. However yet you still wanted to have at least 3%. How it calculated?
If you ad impression is 100 and visitors clicked through is 5. that is mean
5 visitors/100 x 100 impression = 5% CTR!
However if 5% of CTR made? I would like to ask you.. does it convert? If not.. your LP might
have problems. Remember. RELEVANCY of your LP content does converts! You don't want the
5% CTR just gone away like that without converting to sale right...RELEVANCY of you content!
keep up your main keyword density from 3-5% from the whole LP content.
If your product commission paid up to $50 per sale. you don't want your PPC campaign exceeding
from the commission given. Let's say your CPC is $1.00. If you want 100% of ROI(return on investment)
you have to set your break even point. which it will be 1:25 (sale:clicks). meaning to say
for every 25 clicks you have to make sure you get a sale! if not your ROI will be lower than 100%.
If your PPC campaign goes with 50 clicks for 1 sale, you're not making anything. Cos 50 clicks
is cost for $50 which it will not returning any profit to you. Yet you can make a dollar profit if

Carik contact form untuk contact owner niche site tuh. Kalau dalam website dia tarak ada... cari through Alexa or WHOIS. And then contact dia.... dengan proposal yang istimewa and confirm dia takkan tolak (jamin 99%.. kalau dia tolak mmg dia dungu).

It's that important.
And then??
Hantar content pada dia.... and, let him finish his end of bargain.... that is.. to send it to his subscribers within his lists. And then wait for influx from his lists to come to your website you put the link to within the free content.
And then what??
Ada link back ke website korang kan?? Now this is even better. Korang boleh simply letak landing page biasa saja.... but untuk jadi kaya raya sesegera mungkin... the best is korang taruk squeeze page instead of normal landing page. Now see what this method is all about??

oh before proceed to lain, korang kena paham tentang audience korang. so korang kena tahu sape audience korang, ape diorang nk, kenapa diorang nk benda tu, ape benefit diorang benda tu utk diorang, kenapa kene beli kt korang, kt mana diorang boleh dapatkan benda ni(nk kena pegi kedai ke? nk kena beli thru online ke?)...

berapa banyak lak keyword korang nk pakai dalam 1 article? from what i've learn target it from 1-3%. Which means kalau article korang ada dlm 500 patah perkataan so korang nyer keyword shud be 15 out of 500. so korang akan dapat 3% of keyword density. itu baru 1 keyword for an article. maybe leh target 2-3 more up to 10 maybe. atau lebih.
1-3% mmg nampak sikit. tapi out of 500 words. boleh korang letak 15 je keyword yg sama? kalau boleh bagus la..jgn nmpk spammy lak bile letak keyword2 nanti. tp aku yakin korang boleh. dulu blaja dah tulis karangan ms skola. mest dasat2 la korang ne. hehe biggrin.gif

Just wanna talk a bit about this issue that's been plaguing most newbie
all the time.
If you have been doing niche marketing for quite some time... but still
haven't make even a single sale yet... then this is for you. Read through
and understand it well.
So not making any money?? Here's why:
1) Quit Too Soon
This kind of person.. aku tak ada further comment.
In niche marketing.. you are not a failure yet.. until you QUIT.
The only time you fail in this business is when you quit.
You are not a failure yet until you quit.
Jadi asalkan korang keep at it dan tak quit... maka korang tidak gagal.
Cuma belum berjaya jer lagi.
So.. jangan quit. Just keep at it coz success is just around the corner.
Walaupun korang tak earn duit... but actually korang earn something jugak..
something yang jauh lebih berharga daripada duit.. iaitu pengalaman!!!
2) Lack of Experience
Simple bunyinya kan??
Tapi betul. Ini satu masalah yang agak besar sebenarnya. Bukan masalah
tak cukup pengalaman... tapi masalah gagal nak memahami bahawa setiap
kegagalan adalah suatu kejayaan dari segi penambahan pengalaman.
Aku buat niche marketing agak lama. Dan ini sesuatu yang aku faham dan
amat yakin.. sangat penting jugak sebenarnya. Iaitu pengalaman.
Why??
Selain daripada perkara biasa yang korang paham ttg pengalaman... ada
something else yang aku sometimes value a lot. That thing is called
'hunches'.
There are times... bila tiba masa nak buat keputusan... hunches is a
great thing to have. Dalam bahasa melayu kita panggil 'perasaan hati'.
Contoh.. aku buat adwords.. but my hunch tells me to go all the way
bidding a general keyword. Kinda risky... but I do it anyway. Sesiapa
yang belajar melalui Wealthy Affiliate sepatutnya tahu bidding for general
keyword is a super bad idea.
But I do it anyway. Sebab kata hati aku kata OK. And it turns out to
really be OK.
Aku generate a couple sales dari bidding general keyword tu walaupun mahal
tapi ROI tinggi.
How do I know when and how to bid... what price and when to bid
general keyword??
It's all through experience.
So simple thing I wanna say is... kalau gagal jangan putus asa.
Sebab melalui kegagalan lah.. 80% daripada pengalaman kita datang.
3) Buying Too Many Products
A plague (which is why at times we do love these kind of people).
Ramai bebudak baru cukup suka beli produk baru.
PLEASE STOP!!!
Benda ni aku tuju khusus kepada mereka yang join WA bawah Phoenixwunin
and some dibawah Dominant Star.
Wealthy Affiliate dah cukup bagi korang.
Sebenarnya mmg banyak produk yang korang mmg perlu ada... but please know something...
semua produk itu cuma support sistem saja.
Contoh 'Affiliate Prophet' dan 'Google Goggles'. They are just merely a tool
to help make our job easier. Tak penting.
Mcm ni...
Katalah seorang budak nama Syed baru mula dalam niche marketing ni.
Tak tahu apa pun (newbie lah katakan). Tapi dia terus beli bermacam-macam
produk dari tracking sampai lah ke adwords and keywords tools.
But.. dia baru mula.. so dia langsung takde asas. Macam mana dia nak buat and
guna produk tuh kalau asas satu pun dia tak ada. nction.

Dalam Wealthy Affiliate dah cukup lengkap semua maklumat daripada Research sampailah kepada
SEO dan keyword research. Forum dia pun mampat dengan info. So just stick with them.
Tak kiralah Commission Blueprint 2 ke keluar.. atau apa-apa produk baru yang menjanjikan
secret method untuk berjaya jadi jutawan or whatever jer la. Just leave them be.
Stick with one (in my case Wealthy Affiliate University) and you'll succeed.
Stick with many... you'll get confuse.. and the rest is history.
There are times though... when you realize you want to learn more and more about certain
topics.. let say copywriting.
While most of the tutorials in Wealthy Affiliate and it's forum suffice dan mencukupi...
untuk betul-betul memahami copywriting memang korang perlukan support dari produk luar.
When this happens.. then korang boleh beli apa-apa produk yang bagus.
But jangan main beli saja. Ask first before you buy.
Kita ada komuniti yang cukup berkuasa baik disini mahupun di Area51.
A simple answer for people asking to learn something or a topic in particular yang
aku banyak jumpa adalah:
"Nak pandai kena beli dan baca ebook!!"
This is a stupid answer. If you guys found any answer like this.. then jangan bother
dengan orang tu. Dia tak tahu apa yang dia cakap dan buat.
Tapi kalau jumpa jawapan mcm ni:
"Nak pandai copywriting... aku recommend Alan Forrest Smith punya Next Level
Course.. cukup bagus."
Then kemungkinan besar this is the real deal. Dia tahu apa yang dia cakap. And this person
is much better than the first one.
Kenapa ya??
Sebab orang pertama dan jawapan dia bakal memusnahkan wallet anda. Dengan hanya mengatakan
suruh beli ebook.. menunjukkan dia tak peduli ttg kejayaan korang.. dia selfish.. dan
dia tak ada ilmu pun.
So stay away from him.

Ikut kata hati korang. But here's a simple guideline.
First of all.. aku memang recommend semua yang follow thread ni join Wealthy Affiliate.
Aku personally tak take in mana-mana people under aku untuk Wealthy Affiliate sbb aku
taknak diassociate sebagai loser yang memerlukan pelanggan ke apa ke.
So kalau nak join WA ask Finix or DS... they might have something to share with you guys
anyway.
Second.. jangan beli apa-apa yang korang boleh dapat dalam WA.
Basically kalaupun WA takde tutorial berkaitan.. korang boleh sentiasa tanya Kyle or Carson.
"THEY WILL ANSWER!!!". Cuma kengkadang lambat jer.
Jarang ada benda yang berunsurkan pengetahuan dan korang takleh dapat dalam WA.
Mungkin sometimes susah.. tu jer. Contohnya CPA tak disentuh secara khusus di 8 Week Action
Plan tapi di forum ada banyak info.
So kalau takda langsung info.. baru cari produk yang ada. But as usual.. jgn lupa bertanya
dulu dengan orang ramai samada produk itu bagus atau tak.
Third.. beli something hanya selepas korang dah earn duit. Kalau tak earn duit lagi.. then
most probably takde produk di muka bumi nih boleh bantu korang pun. Becoz if that's the case
then most probably reason korang gagal bukan sebab tak cukup ilmu atau apa tapi ada sebab lain.

sangat bagus dan super duper menarik bagi korang... ia hanyalah effect psikologi daripada a very
well written copy with a high class copywriting (yeah.. like some of Ewen's product and other
product di luar tuh).

Senang cerita mcm ni. Most produk di luar tuh hanya cerita tentang sebuah pintu dan mcm mana
pintu tu boleh buka ruang dan jalan ke arah kekayaan dan kebebasan kewangan.
Tapi diorang tak bagi kunci pun.
Another 5% of the produk yang bagus... bagi kunci tu. That's why they are good (like 1% M.O.L.B.

Another 0.5% yang lebih bagus.. bukan saja bagi kunci tu. Diorang juga tunjuk mcm mana nak cucuk

This is the kind of product that should be very good for starters.
For now.. just stick with WA (or apa-apa program yg korang follow di putera ni yg korang yakin..
mcm si Pingu punya or ROBOTs ke..) and stop buying too many ebooks, software and product.
*But at times.... aku mungkin akan force some people yg berbudget untuk beli certain stuff juga..
but this is limited to my own student and friends only (or those who ask). Stuff like tracking
software and so on. They are a necessity sometimes. But not for newbies.
Don't worry.. aku takkan force korang beli apa-apa pun.. wink.gif
4) Too Many Distractions
Huhuhuhu... benda mudah. Semua orang kat sini tau. And aku berani bet USD 100 majoriti yang tahu
tuh buat benda nih walaupun tahu benda ni merugikan laugh

Tgh research pasal niche.. bukak email. Selang 5 minit dia bukak email.
Atau... selang 15 minit dia buat website content dia... dia bangun bergolek-golek atas katil.
Perangai mcm ni yg menghancuskan business anda.
Kalu betul nak pakai FairladyZ or whatever kereta korang nak dalam setahun dari sekarang...
ubah benda ni.
Even kalau masa tak cukup pun tak apa. Yang penting fokus tu... fokus. Bak kata encik Kai masa
dia lecture aku dulu... "Focus!! No Hocus Pocus."
Not enought time benda lain. Focus benda lain.
Even kalau korang hanya ada sejam jer sehari.. takpe. Janji dalam sejam tuh jangan buat benda lain.
This will ensure all the creativity and ideas to fall into your task that you currently doing. And
that's what we want.
Biar flow idea dan creativity tuh 100% output dekat niche marketing korang. Be it website creation..
research ke or whatever.
Bila korang bukak email dalam masa sama creativity dan idea tu akan mula jadi tak keruan.
Kengkadang hilang terus. Sebab korang multi-tasking.
Multi-tasking is never good... so don't do it.
5) Not Enough Time
Yang ni kengkadang kes terpencil sesangat. Not enough time. Tapi masalah bukan sebab not enough time
actually. Masalah adalah dia jadikan not enough time sebagai alasan.
Hancus lagi.
Untuk kes mcm ni dua jer solution aku leh kasi.
Either try to find the time to do it.. one hour is enough. Atau quit. Tumpu pada benda lain yg lebih
penting mcm pelajaran atau kerja korang sendiri.
Aku dulu mcm ni la. Takde masa cukup. So after struggling for quite some time... aku guna masa free aku
lepas balik kerja... antara pukul 10.00 ke pukul 11 malam sometimes push ke pukul 12 (trus tinggal drama
kegemaran aku waktu tuh..sob..sob..)
dan buat niche aku waktu tuh.
Sebenarnya kalau betul serius mencari masa tu.. mesti ada punya. Bukan tak cukup masa sebenarnya..
tapi masalah dengan time management. Kena pergi kursus time management kalau ada masalah mcm ni.
Tak caya???
Pergi tulis dari 1am sampai 12am and then listkan apa yang korang buat sebenarnya. Find time from there.
6) Doesn't Think Out of the Box
Aku ada sorang kawan masa dan aku ajak dia join sekali dgn aku belajar niche ni dulu. Dia cakap susah.
Aku cakap la.. "Tak susah Sam.. ko cuma perlu think out of the box ckit jer.."
Dia cakap.. "Ko ingat senang ke nak think out of the box?? Come on la Jib.. kalau mudah dah ramai kat
dunia ni kaya".
Aku cukup emo dgn statement dia tu sebenarnya... sebab dia hampir membuatkan aku putus asa waktu tuh..
and kalau aku putus asa.. aku takkan berada disini menaip benda ni untuk korang. Mmg menyedihkan.
What happen actually?? What is in his mind?? What kind of mindset does he possess??

Dia ada pemikiran yang limitance. Pemikiran yang melimitkan segala apa yang dia fikir.ometimes malfu

Orang mcm ni la yang selalu risaukan competition. Alasan dia... kalau 100 orang compete dalam satu niche
yang sama... mcm mana nak dapat untung?? Mesti 100 orang tuh dah makan banyak dah.
The same thing goes for thinking out of the box. Quite funnily.. dia fikir idea dan creativity adalah
limited.
Pada dia.. kalau niche ni 10,000 orang buat... mesti semua idea yang dia fikir dah ada orang lain fikir laugh.gif laugh.gif

Jangan fikir mcm ni.
Bila korang mula berfikir mcm dia ni.. automatically korang PANDANG RENDAH DAN PANDANG HINA diri korang
sendiri. Don't do that. You're better than that.
Kajian menunjukkan setiap orang di muka Bumi nih... mempunya style pemikiran yang berbeza-beza dan lain
daripada orang lain (aku tahu pasal ini salah satu niche aku dalam self-help).
Benda mcm ni jugaklah yg membuatkan korang takut sangat pada competition. Relaks. Even Frank Kern pun is nothing.
Dia terer dalam apa yang dia buat sbb dia punya pengalaman... pengalaman dia ni la yang generate ideas.. hunches..
and so on sampai dia jadi multi-millionaire mcm tuh. And another one is dia punya network of master mind groups. JVs.
See?? he's not some kind of monster in any way.
Tgk Kai Kiske pulak. Jutawan jugak. Own a Ferrari. And another handful of luxury and sports car sampai setiap hari
dia boleh tukar kereta ikut mood dia. Rumah sampai 12 dari Johor sampai ke Changlun pun dia ada rumah. Tapi orang tak
kenal pun dia. Never mind that.
Dia terer.. pun sbb pengalaman. Dari pengalaman muncul la idea.. creativity dan sebagainya. Still a human though.
Takde beza dgn korang kan?? Except dari aspek pengalaman.
So what happens bila korang pun dah ada pengalaman yg cukup?? Kai kiske and Frank... Eben pagan ke.. or sesapa jer la..
is not that scary anymore.
Itu kalau super-affiliate mcm diorang ni.
Cuba kasi tahu aku berapa ramai super-affiliate people camni.
OK.. kita ada 30% yang famous dan terkenal di seantero dunia (sbb diorang pergi hebahkan diri diorang or diorang
mula buat make money online niches) dan another 70% yang even isteri dia pun tak tahu dia buat duit cukup banyak
melalui internet jer (people like Kai Kiske and Jeff Siegler dari France.. or is it germany).
Tak caya korang google nama dua ekor tuh.. konfirm tak keluar apa-apa. Sbb dua-dua tak establish nama diorang pun.
Aku kenal some of this super-affiliate underground people melalui group kami.
The point I want to make is... thinking out of the box is not hard at all... and as such should be done as always
as you can.

Mungkin approach ke.. sales funnel ke.. monetization method ke.. keywords ke..
whatever jer.
Aku jamin even korang pun akan surprise dengan result dia sejam kemudian. Yg penting yakin pada kebolehan diri sendiri.
Itu sahaja.
Do not afraid of competition. Do not afraid of no ideas to brainstorm anymore.
7) Mastermind Group
The most powerful thing pada pandangan aku. Benda ni menentukan kejayaan atau kegagalan pada skala yg amat besar.
How??
Mastermind group adalah a network of marketers... mcm korang jugak... yang masing-masing ada kepentingan sendiri.
Each ada kepentingan sendiri.. matlamat sendiri. But each one also will help each other in order to sustain the group
it self.
Benda ni cukup power. Always join a mastermind group if you have the opportunity. Kalau tak jumpa mana-mana mastermind
group yang ada... then form your very own mastermind group. Mcm aku cakap.. think out of the box. Cari idea lain
mcm mana nak wujudkan mastermind group korang sendiri.
Mastermind group ni akan jadi connections of network untuk korang. Bukan sekadar tempat bantu membantu.
Let's take for example... Area51. Finix tak tahu buat header graphic.. so dia minta bantuan daripada member dalam tuh.
Then Rizuwan tolong dia buatkan satu banner graphic yang boleh tahan lawa.
What happen is Phoenix baru jer leverage the Area51 mastermind group for his own goals. At the same time Rizuwan build
a stronger bond and relationship dgn Finix. So for sure in the future when something happens and Rizuwan perlukan bantuan
Finix akan tolong dia balik.
Point is.. kalau korang ada mastermind group korang sendiri.. automatically korang ada available network of connections
yang berkuasa.
Disamping tu korang boleh bergerak bersama-sama. Learn and test your very own knowledge or idea with your friends.
Itu sebabnya aku bayar USD 10,000 dekat Arissa and Kai untuk aku join group diorang (although finix join free jer.. sob..sob)
*Satu tips aku belajar.. adalah.. bila join MasterMind group yg baru.. jgn straight away minta itu ini. Tolong orang lain
yg memerlukan dulu. In the process korang akan build stronger relationship dgn orang lain and after that baru la korang minta
tolong apa-apa pula dari diorang. THEY WILL HELP.
**Kalau takde mastermind group yg korang boleh join... then don't fret. Create your own. Cuma... pastikan untuk orang lain
jadi member.. mesti ada certain qualification for them before they can join.
Jgn main tangkap muat jer or else korang jugak akan rugi kelak. Sbb selalunya member tangkap muat nih sometimes brain dia tak function
