hati ibu mane yang tidak terluka apabila anak yg dikasihi diperlakukan begini. anakku yang baru berusia 1 tahun 5 bulan telah dikurung oleh pekerja- pekerja di Taska Anakku Ceria Bahagia, Presint 14B hanya kerana anak aku kuat menagis. nasib ade kakak yg balik mengadu pada aku. walau pun kakak baru berusia 3 tahun 10 bulan tapi budak tak pernah cakap bohong..

Suami menelefon owner taska utk bertanyakan hal tersebut ttp owner memberi tahu bwh dia tdk tahu kejadian tersebut kerana dia tiada semasa kejadian berlaku.

nex day nyer baru owner msg utk meminta maaf atas kejadian tersebut. (sah, memang anak aku kene kurung)... next day nye jugak lah anakku bangun tido tanpa boleh membuka mata. mungkin disebabkan oleh menagis terlalu lama. Anakku memgalami trauma yg agak teruk.. nak berdukung 24 jam dengan aku, tido mengingau sambil menangis.. aku pun mengalami trauma, makan tak lalu, semangatt hilang... sedih yg teramat sgt..

aku post di sini bukanlah untuk menutup periuk nasi org lain ttp hanya untuk peringatan kepada semua org termasuk diriku sendiri spy perkara begini tidak akan berlaku lagi..

hati masih sakit mengenangkan anak diperlakukan demikian.. walaupun ramai pekerja dalam taska tersebut tapi sorang pun tak tolong anak saya yg telah lama di kurung dalam stor tersebut..

Semoga cerita ini menjadi pengajaran kepada ibubapa yg menghantar anak ke nurseri terutamanya taska putrajaya. tq

ASB LOAN PROFIT OR LOSS?

Brief analysis is not intended to malign a particular party. Only just
for your consideration before you decide to make ASB Loan (invest in ASB
with bank loan money).
Examples of ASB savings ... RM 100,000 consisting of
Cash deposit Rs 5,000 Rs 95,000 bank loan in proportion to BLR + 0.5% (ie 6.9%
year) ==> Rs 731 monthly loan payments for a period of 20 years.

As advertised, the dividend will be given directly to you. Example: Dividend 7% per annum,
you will get Rs 7,000 per year. Can spend whatever you like and after
20 years, you will receive Rs 100,000 which can be used to buy a home, education
children and so on.

A way - Use the dividend to repay loans
Result of the calculation: if the dividend 7% per annum or Rs 7,000 is paid back to the bank KPD
reduce the balance of your loan, ASB loan you are expected to be completed in 7 years 6
month with a total of nearly Rs 120.827 full payment (including the deposit of RM5, 000 and
dividend of RM7, 000-paid annually)

This means, you have to pay Rs 120,000 to get Rs 100,000 after 7-8
year. Profit or loss?

If you invest Rs 731 every month into the GSP for 8 years already, your savings will be
be Rs 94.260. Plus deposit Rs 5,000 saved for 8 years, the value of
after 8 years of investment is Rs 8,590.
Total value of your investment = 102.850. Dah dah over Rs 100,000.

Way B - Spend Dividends paid annually and monthly maintenance KPD loan
For Rs 95,000 bank loan for 20 years at a rate of 6.9% per annum, the total payment
Full after 20 years is Rs 175.359 (cost price)
With dividends for 20 years Rs 7,000 = Rs 140,000
and ASB money after 20 years = RM 100,000 (+)

Broadly speaking, looks like you profit because you get Rs 240,000 viewed in over 20 years
whereas the cost of your loan amount Rs 175.359 shj.

for 20 years, you actually lose big. This is because the deposit Rs 731 in
ASB for the next 20 years, the value of your investment will be = Rs 383.018.
